Ingenio Software was formed through the detachment of the software department of Universal Card Systems and its constitution as a separate company in 2004. Universal Card Systems started its activity as a banking software producer starting with the year 1999.

The role of Ingenio in partnerships with financial institutions is mainly to offer consultancy and to develop and implement products that provide them with competitive advantages, such as improvement of customer relationships and streamlining of the decisional process.

The most important product created by us is an application that automates the retail lending workflow.

Ingenio is a provider of front-office software solutions for granting all types of credits (consumer credits, mortgages, auto credits, personal credits and credit cards). Our team has developed and implemented software applications for Raiffeisen Bank, BCR – Erste, Unicredit – Tiriac Bank and Piraeus Bank.

The solutions we offer are designed respecting the specific requirements of our clients. Our priorities for every project we develop are: respecting time limits, minimizing costs and a good coordination with possible third parties involved.
